★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do the Adult Learn to Skate with this club and it’s fantastic! The instructors are all very patient and kind. You basically progress through the CanSkate levels the same as for kids, but they’ll teach you other cool things if there’s time. The facilities are nice enough for skating, probably not overly nice for spectators as it doesn’t look like there’s heater or anything like in larger arenas.

I don’t find shouting and yelling by a staff member (not coaches) an acceptable conduct but if you do, then by all means this is a club for you. Management does not communicate regarding these type of issues (no reply or acknowledgment to the email I sent to the management).
Chaos on the ice when comparing to other clubs. Here, you see kids mostly standing around if they are preschool new starts or skating around the rink on their own if they can skate. Not sure how much they can gain with not much of a plan or management from this club with only about half an hour per day. Very little actual teaching can be seen maybe because they accept more than they can handle, not so much because teachers are not trying to teach. Would not recommend this club at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful club with absolutely abysmal management. Some on the board of directors are selfish, egocentric and do not do anything for the club other than harass the coaches. They have no idea how to run the club and yet they do not listen to suggestions nor do they respect the coaches. Glad to see this club run into the ground.
