Ils sont vraiment mauvais Worst place to buy glasses. You're going to get stuffed like a quarter turn. I went to another place and saved $360. It is absurd! they are really bad
C	Cynthia Ferland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quand tu offre le service gratuit, mais que nous decidons de sortir la prescription et de demande 200$ pour ce service, cela est pas le fait que je ne veux pas payer mais je trouve cela un prix un peu élever surtout que jai déjà payerpour un autre service, et surtout que vous avez aucune monture abordable. Je suis vraiment déçu. When you offer the free service, but we decide to take out the prescription and ask for $200 for this service, it's not the fact that I don't want to pay, but I find it a bit high, especially since I've already paid for one. other service, and especially that you have no affordable frame. I am really disappointed.

Je me suis rendue pour leur montrer et demander des soins. Manque d'empathie, on me conseille d'aller ailleurs pour faire soigner mon oeil car l'optométriste ne sera là que le jeudi suivant. Ce que j'ai dû faire, j'ai été ailleurs pour mon plus grand bien et un soulagement. It's amazing to get infected while visiting Maranda. Following an examination there, I developed a painful infection in one eye. I went to show them and ask for care. Lack of empathy, I am advised to go elsewhere to have my eye treated because the optometrist will not be there until the following Thursday. What I had to do, I was elsewhere for my greater good and relief.

Just bought my 5th pair of glasses from them, and I told them I wasn't super happy about some worn out parts on my old lenses (Oakley's), so they hooked me up with some spare parts they had (no charge) and now my old ones are like new as well! They get me.

Great English-language service (hard to find around Quebec City) and vast frame selection. I wish we had a store like this back home, highly recommended!
V	Valérie Thériault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ today went to maranda I,ve been waiting for over 6 months for an appointment in order to have a genetic test done for macular degeneration and I showed up on time, as I presented myself at the front desk I was told that they werent aware of that the appointment was for that test after I spoke twice with them regarding this appointment. that said they also told me that I Was obligated to change my glasses otherwise the test was cancelled. Trying to explain myself to the person in question and then she gets up her chair and tell me to leave immediately this is the worst service ever we 've been clients for years and then I had to leave and rescheduled not sure if I will go if I can find something else at another place I will
