On m’a offert divers choix allant de simplement remplacer les verres dans mes montures jusqu’à une opération pour en finir avec les lunettes. Jamais de pression pour acheter des montures. Je suis retournée réfléchir chez moi, prit un RV avec LASIK MD pour m’informer sur ce qu’il pouvait m’offrir ainsi que le coût( j’ai 66 ans). Quelques semaines après ma décision était prise, je suis retournée chez Opti Boutiq rue Cartier pour acheter une monture et des lentilles Nikon. J’ai choisi aussi un clip pour fixer à ma monture. Quelques jours plus tard, suite à une discussion avec une amie, je met en doute le choix du clip; finalement je décide que je n’en voulais pas. J’envoie un courriel et demande des verres avec transition même si je savais que les verres étaient déjà en fabrication. Surprise, j’ai reçu la réponse qu’ Optiboutiq acceptait de faire le changement et cela sans frais. J’ai fait affaire avec M. Clément Fages, je suis ravie du service que j’ai reçu. Solanges I shopped a lot elsewhere before going to Optiboutiq. I am delighted with my experience; I was well received, well informed, and above all well listened to. I have been offered a variety of choices ranging from simply replacing the lenses in my frames to having an operation to get rid of the glasses. No pressure to buy frames. I went back home to think about it, took an RV with LASIK MD to find out what it could offer me and the cost (I'm 66). A few weeks after my decision was made, I went back to Opti Boutiq rue Cartier to buy a Nikon mount and lenses. I also chose a clip to attach to my frame. A few days later, following a discussion with a friend, I questioned the choice of the clip; eventually I decided I didn't want it. I email and request lenses with transition even though I knew the lenses were already in production. Surprised, I received the response that Optiboutiq agreed to make the change at no cost. I did business with Mr. Clément Fages, I am delighted with the service I received. Solanges

Ils m'ont offert une nouvelle lunette complète en plus de la réparation de ma monture., De plus ils m'ont remplacé mes verres de mon autre pair de lunette le tout sans frais. Opti-boutique des professionnelles, Demander Clermont, c'est un pro de l'optique, vraiment professionnel. Merci Jean Langlois Remarkable, I broke a branch of my mount and when ordering, it got lost in transport (several months of waiting). They offered me a new complete glasses in addition to the repair of my frame., In addition they replaced my glasses of my other pair of glasses at no cost. On sent tout de suite qu'elle s'intéresse à la santé des yeux et non au business des lunettes. Elle ne m'a pas automatiquement prescrit des lunettes bien qu'elle aurait pu (un optométriste moins déontologique l'aurait peut-être fait) et m'a plutôt donnée des exercices à faire avant d'en venir au port des lunettes, car ma condition serait potentiellement réversible... Alors que je croyais être obligé d'en porter... Ça met en confiance concernant leur honnêteté.. Si vous voulez l'heure juste sur votre santé oculaire et vision, ne cherchez plus! I totally recommend! They made an appointment the same day with excellent service. The optometrist I met is Dr Leclerc. We immediately feel that she is interested in eye health and not in the eyewear business. She did not automatically prescribe glasses for me although she could have (a less ethical optometrist might have done so) and instead gave me exercises to do before coming to wear glasses, because my condition would be potentially reversible ... While I thought I was obliged to wear it ... It gives confidence regarding their honesty .. If you want the right time on your eye health and vision, look no further!
