★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sébastien leclerc, mentionne qu'il va s'occuper de mon dossier et me tenir au courant, aucune nouvelle de sa part, aucun retour d'appel et ne réponds à aucun appel. Vraiment une perte de temps et de confiance d'attendre et courir après quelqu'un qui s'en fou autant.
 Sébastien Leclerc, mentions that he will take care of my file and keep me informed, no news from him, no return calls and will not answer any call. Really a waste of time and confidence to wait and chase after someone who doesn't care so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai eu le privilège d'être servi par Monsieur Jérémy Martinello chez JA Lemieux lequel malgré que la police sollicité n'impliquait qu'une très modeste prime, m'a traité avec l'importance d'un gros client! Bravo pour le service à la clientèle exceptionnelle!

J’ai vendu mon véhicule pour cause personnelle après 2 mois de service avec eu, oui c’est normal d’avoir des fraies de résiliation, mais il charge 70% de frais de la prime annuel pour 2 mois d’utilisation… en plus de charger un 40$ supplémentaire pour « honoraires » et TOUT ÇA, sans le préciser lors de la demande d’annulation de contrat. Belle suprise lorsque que la lettre rentre à la maison.
Je ne recommande à personne.
Very long waiting time to speak to an agent.
I sold my vehicle for personal reasons after 2 months of service with eu, yes it's normal to have termination fees, but it charges 70% annual premium fees for 2 months of use… and more to charge an additional $40 for "fees" and ALL THAT, without specifying it when requesting cancellation of contract. Nice surprise when the letter comes home.
I do not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they will pull up anything to make you believe they have the only available option for you on the market, it is false. Please do your own research and compare numbers. This lady tried telling me a 2544$ yearly insurance was my only option when I found a 1100$ insurance ON MY OWN, after 3 phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting my motorcycle insured with their help started a bit rocky as I don't speak enough French to be able to communicated well, but then Glen Lewis called me back and grabbed the bull by the horns and got it done. He single handedly saved the day as I was sitting at the dealer waiting for my insurance # to be able to take my new motorcycle home. Thanks a lot Glen, you were amazing! Highly recommended if you speak French, go gentle if you are English, it might take some time but worth it! David also speaks English and good with clients, but he was on vacation.
