Mon garçon de 9 ans m'a même dit que les gens étaient donc bien sympathique et que ça semblait "le fun" travailler à votre boutique. Même à son jeune âge, il a pu sentir et vivre la belle expérience que vous faites vivres aux clients.
Je recommande fortement et vous avez déjà un futur employé pour dans quelques années. ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvais service comparé au sport expert! Je suis allée acheter des patins neuf, je les ai mis de côté pour revenir les acheter le lendemain. Arrivée le lendemain, dans le manque d’organisation, ils ne les trouvaient plus. Finalement, ils les retrouvent et nous allons à la caisse, mais il n’y a personne après 15 minutes on essaie de trouver quelqu’un qui va pouvoir nous faire payer. Il n’y avait pas de grandeur pour mon chum donc après on va au sport expert et là super bon service, on se fait bien conseiller, rapide et en plus eux ils prennent le temps d’aiguiser ses patins... un service qu’on ne m’a pas offert au sport aux puces.
Bad service compared to expert sport! I went to buy new skates, put them aside to come back and buy them the next day. Arrived the next day, in the lack of organization, they could not find them. Finally, they find them and we go to the cash register, but there is no one there after 15 minutes we try to find someone who will be able to charge us. There was no greatness for my boyfriend so after we go to expert sport and there super good service, we get good advice, fast and in addition they take the time to sharpen their skates ... a service that 'I was not offered to flea sport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’avais toujours eu du bon service, mais très déçu de ma dernière expérience d’aujourd’hui. J’appelle ce matin pour réserver un équipement de ski à ma fille. Après 3 tentatives au téléphone, on finit par me répondre. On me confirme et rassure que je n’ai pas à réserver d’avance et qu’ils en ont toujours en stock et de passer en fin de journée. Arrivée en boutique, on m’informe qu’ils n’en reste plus et on m’invite à faire une location à la station de ski que j’irai demain. Ça m’apprendra à vouloir encourager local.
I had always had good service, but very disappointed with my last experience today. I'm calling this morning to reserve ski equipment for my daughter. After 3 attempts on the phone, they finally answer me. I am confirmed and reassured that I do not have to book in advance and that they always have some in stock and to come by at the end of the day. When I get to the store, I am informed that there are no more left and I am invited to rent at the ski resort that I will go to tomorrow. It will teach me to want to encourage local.

À toutes nos visites (autant pour les patins que pour les skis) l'équipe nous traitent comme des membres de la famille! Le jeune propriétaire est toujours souriant, poli, respectueux et prend vraiment au sérieux la satisfaction de sa clientèle. Merci pour tout et lâchez pas la gang, sérieux, vous êtes hot!!!
Simply PERFECT service !! We are really lucky to have this kind of store in Lévis. On all of our visits (both skates and skis) the team treat us like family!
