★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est mon magasin de choix pour la réparation de mes vélos, mais pour l'achat d'accessoires il son quand même plus cher que la moyenne. Ma dernière visite chez eux, j'ai été un peu déçu du service reçu. J'ai fait une mise au point de mon vélo (50$) et j'ai l'impression qu'ils n'ont fait qu'huiler ma chaîne puisqu'ils n'ont arrangé aucun de mes problèmes.
It's my shop of choice for the repair of my bikes, but for the purchase of accessories it is still more expensive than the average. My last visit to their home, I was a little disappointed with the service received. I did a tuning of my bike ($ 50) and I feel they just oiled my chain since they have not fixed any of my problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très insatisfait. Avec une facture de 750$ ils n'ont pas fait se qu'ils ont dit qu'ils feraient et ce qu'ils ont faient, ils l'ont mal fait. Resultat, je dois réinstaller des composantes mais les vis sont tellement "strippé" que je n'y arrive pas. Vraiment frustrant.
Very unsatisfied. With a $ 750 bill they didn't do what they said they would do and what they did, they did it wrong. Result, I have to reinstall components but the screws are so "stripped" that I can not. Really frustrating.

This is the place to buy an electric bike! Advice from an expert, bikes and accessories on the floor! A real real! It CHECKS! Yeah...it's in Lévis but it's worth the detour!!! I RECOMMEND !!!
