horrible property management! their is roaches
but they have a daytime security guard who was amazing to everyone

Easy Access To highway 401, Ttc, Scarborough Town Center and restaurants. Community Facilities like Pool, Suna, Gym, Playground, And 24 hours Security are available.

β β β β β Wonderful place. Best place I have ever lived in Toronto. I like the adjacent park, welcoming security guards, cleanliness of the place. The pool is awesome. I used to enjoy swimming and view from the pool before the pandemic started.

β β β β β My husband loves the big windows so much. He always enjoys the sunshine at a lazy day. A spacious room with an enormous fantastic valley view. A peace place for live and various way to the nature.

β β β β β I am literally writing this at roughly 2:30am as the fire alarm consistently goes off.
It's been 5 times today in total.
Paired with construction, both downstairs and our upstairs neighbours, it's been almost impossible to get a decent amount of rest.
Summer it's even worse.
Prices are ridiculous, ranging from 2,200-2500 for 2 bedrooms- it'll go up by the time they're done with renovations.
Amenities has been closed since covid started.
Repairs? Do it yourself.
The only saving grace is Paul the security guard, amazing person, great personality, very friendly and caring.
Overrated rental space overall.
