This is probably one of the worst condo corporation in GTA. Below are some pointers for you (STAY AWAY)
1) No parking available - if you own more than 1 car, they expect you to take your car outside the complex
2) Management is EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL (specially this gentleman (Adam Wroblewski) - he's always ready to yell at you and thinks he owns this building!
3) Minimum turnaround time for emails is 2 weeks (if you're lucky).
4) If you' ever run into any issues (windows, condensation etc) where you need help from management/security... good luck! You're not getting anything from corporation. If you're lucky, they won't come harass you!
5) Roaches problem is consistent in this building (4727 Sheppard Ave) and their stance is you need to manage our own unit whether infestation is due to other units on the floor, garbage chute etc.
