★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is about our experience with the condo management and the neighbour ‘Patrick’ above us who is also a member of board. My wife made a comment on their Facebook group, but she was simply blocked. This guy would make the worst representative of the community given his vulgar attitude and unethical behavior. He is not trust worthy and has no respect to people. Matter of fact, he once asked my pregnant wife to ‘shut up’ after she was trying to explain her point of view! People should be aware because this guy will NEVER represent them in good faith. Actually, we have suffered for one and half years and ultimately we had to pay thousands of dollars for lawyers we never hired. This is because we complained about him making way too much noise everyday and night. Of course since he is an insider, management was NEVER on our side despite the dozens of emails we sent them. At the end, we had to pay their own lawyers bills. How was that even fair?? I could never imagine that people like this guys still exist; taking advantage of being in the condominium board to flip all complaints against him to his favour. We wanted everyone in that neighborhood knows the truth, not only because of what happened to us but because we didn’t want the same thing to happen to other people because of a person like Patrick.
