★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallways are dirty, there was always a crackhead smoking crack in Lobby D and nothing was done about it, priority submetering solutions charged way too high, they charged 500$ when no one was home for a month and all the was turned on was the fridge, everything else was unplugged.
Worst place to buy, it's cheap for a reason. Even as a rental property it's not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Superintendent is very unprofessional not being helpful, it’s hard to approach this man. He should not be in the position instead of helping to solve the issue he is making it more complicated. He is sarcastic too, doesn’t have manners even to response in the phone. Very bad service.
