★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their is no peace living in this area. Management don’t have a control over people doing illegal stuff or stuff which disturbs the neighborhood. Literally some dude can wake you up 7 in the morning from fireworks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place for it. People are blasting their music with no regard for their neighbors. They set out fireworks at random no matter if its a holiday or not. A lot of drivers have their exhausts modified so you can hear their engines from a bloc away. While it is a conveniently located to UoT its not worth the noise, especially for families with young children.
