B	Bunny Anthony Bennett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problem solved,there moving me to a newer and better unit away from the garbage bins.The property management put on a really great barbeque for us too,music and free food,over 200 people showed up,,can't wait to bring more next year..

There’s always an ad online stating that there’s vacancy and when you call it’s always a rude person on the phone no etiquette no manners shouting no vacancy.
k	kmila tkila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i lived there recently move out ... on 2012 due to an apartments and whole building INFECTED with COCKROACHES AND MICE owners are not doing anything about it garbage chute dont work cz they dont want to fix them so you have to go all the way down to the first floor to trow your garbage slow and smelly elevators gave a 300$ deposit for key n storage which i was supposed to get back they never gave it back.. stole my car overall a bad building a shootings and break ins no security cameras working units need a lot of fixing.. the only good is the size of the units and some neighbours DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE UNLESS U WANT TO MAKE URSELF MISERABLE DURING YOUR STAY ... landlord when mad treats you like ***** no respect for the tenant beware ps. i was not evicted or anything like that moved out due to the building horrible maintenance... they r racist (n im white) and are trying to get rid of the people they do not like worst plaec to live in they give some of the kinda nice units to white ppl with money and the others just any barely upgraded unit and they will take advantage of you so save every paper also they r always occasionally shutting down the water and hydro " for repairs" without notice also the heating and cooling system to save them money all tenants pay a different rent just ask around... they ll always make some excuse up DAVE IS THE WORST A WOLF IN SHEEP COSTUMER TRUST ME AM A MOM OF TWO and hes got no respect for anybody WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A BUILDING DO NOT MOVE THERE... do not hopefully this help and ruiins royal palace apartments... just gross and disgusting building
B	Basketball and beyond 11 ! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete CROOKS I gave a deposit for a prospective unit in the amount of 1220 .I was supposed to move in July 1 and I changed my mind and notified David by June 10.The unit was rented to another tenant on July 1 and David Anton refuses to return my deposit. I had to take him to the tenant board and am in process of getting back my deposit.. Stay away,,,,!!!!!!!!!!!
B	Barbara Reid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi All, This is a response to Binky Lozz... Royal Palace apts has over 50% BLACK . If they were racist this would be much lower. Use your real name like a I am. I have been here for 3 years and it's getting better and better every year. The owners are great and care about the tenants. They have a ice cream truck every summer for the kids and my kids love it. They do inspections twice a year and want to help me live better. Monica the superintendent is awesome and by the way , her boyfriends black. Maybe the y called the cops on you because your the apt that parties and has no respect for others. Ya if you break it you PAY FOR IT. What world are you living in . NO ROACHES AT ALL ... Your a lier ! I have not seen one in 3 years. I will be hear for years to come !

Just this week they Re-did all the he carpets and my husband saw the maintenance guy with his son painting the hallways,. LOL, on a Saturday ?Cute to see the little guy working with his Dad. We're very happy we moved here as we have lived in Scarborough for a long while and we plan to stay here for a long while. Anyhow, were HAPPY, that's what counts Julie
n	niki wright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have one the best units in the building as a security guard and thanks to Monica the back bone of the building, with her as super intendent, my experience was very pleasant, thank you for your prompt actions in getting our requests answered and very important, the cameras works very well in which I was able to tell what happened to my husband who fell and burst his head on the floor of the building and I thought it was an object that cut him in his head. With the help of the camera, I was better able to understand what happened to him, as he was not sure when asked what happened? If it wasn’t for the camera, I wouldn’t be able to determine the nature of his injury and get him the proper medical attention that he needs to save his life. I give thanks to God that the building was equipped with working cameras. Best regards and thanks to all who asked if my husband was ok as he fell and burst his head and lost a lot of blood but thank God he got medical attention and is now home recovering by God’s grace.
