★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the first time in September! There was a weird noise coming from my car that I just bought and I was looking for a new mechanic anyway. I chose this place because after looking through their website and reading all of their 5 star reviews I definitely felt like I could trust these guys! After going in for a noise inspection and having them fix the problem I was so glad to have finally found a new auto shop that I can bring my car too. These guys, especially Jeremy who I had the pleasure to speak with, are so kind and you can really tell enjoy their job. It's nice to deal with people who are happy, kind and energetic. Definitely makes you feel comfortable and want to go back for their other services. 11/10 !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my vehicle in to get it safety certified, the appointment went smoothly. The staff was extremely friendly and they worked quickly, the inspection and paperwork only took them about an hour to do.
The dealership quoted me 180$ for the inspection and 2 1/2 - 3 hours for the testing. Redline Auto did it for 110$ and in half the time. Will definitely be returning in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to do a tire swap and safety inspection. Friendly guys, service was provided quickly. For the safety inspection, it was identified by the shop that I needed service on my brakes to make my vehicle compliant. I was wary of being oversold (as one should when bringing their car to the shop), but I was provided with a detailed list of items which were listed as "recommended" and "required for compliance," with photos of my car as documentation. This let me independently verify that the services were, in fact, required, and allowed me to make an informed decision. Very happy with the level of service and transparency provided. Additionally, the service details were provided via text message, which made accessing/reading convenient during the work day. Overall, very happy with the service I received. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greeted by Jeremy and he took the time to listen and understand the issue I was having with my Mini Cooper S and really came through for me during a cold snap in January where I was unable to DIY. Great experience and I am still recommending Redline to friends and family. The car is still purring and driving like a scalded ape.
