★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the last month or so I've had three service appointments at Green and Ross. I received superb service every time. Anthony and his team take the time to explain the issues what must be fixed and what can be postponed to a later date. Each time the car was ready when promised, and the cost was no more than what I expected it to be. I also like electronic maintenance report you get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister purchased a Honda Civic from a friend and that friend had the vehicle safety performed here. Repairs amounted to $1000 to bring it up to the required certification standard.
The safety paperwork from Active Green + Ross was submitted to a Service Ontario representative which rejected it because the form was not completed correctly; an incorrect date was recorded on the document, then crossed out, and then the correct date recorded. Apparently this is not acceptable!
I drove my sister here from Mississauga to retrieve “an acceptable safety form” so she could close the purchase deal. It’s a trip both of us shouldn’t have had to make.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a used vehicle, and had many service issues which caused repeat visits to that dealer and mechanic.
Had some wobbling in my vehicle and brought it to Active Green and Ross.
Was greeted by Mike who was very friendly even though I was a bit late.
Found out that my front wheels were not balanced and, and that the bolts the previous mechanic had put on were too short and stripping the bolts which was not very safe.
Mike and his team balanced my tires and got me new bolts.
Every time I come here, the service is always exceptional, price is fair, but they always get it done right and safely.
Will always come here for all my car servicing needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to get my tires changed and I didn’t even expect their hospitality to be amazing! The guy who works at the front desk was so genuine about his thoughts, and it made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them!
I would highly recommend this place compared to Canadian tire. at Canadian tire the prices are unreasonable and expensive, but when I got my tires fixed here they were very reasonable with their price.
It was 49.99 for a tire change and they fixed my other cars windshield wipers for free!
I highly recommend coming to this dealership and I definitely left with a good experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to them for the oil change and after 2 weeks, I noticed oil leakage from the bottom so when I went to my car dealer Service center to fix the leaking issue, they informed me about not oil change done properly wherever you did last time and they might not propley place the Drain plug so it has damaged oil filter as well as engine. I contacted this location and describe the scenario and Boss/Manager didn't bother about it and not ready to listen. He asked me to send an email with pictures and service dealer notes. I shared all the details and couldn't heard back from them yet. They are not serious to hear customer issue and not willing to help.
Never going to any location of Active Green + Ross and not gonna recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast service, went for an oil change and was in and out in about 15mins, the front desk and mechanic were nice too. Times will vary because I was the only one there when my service was done. Overall a fast and good experience at an affordable price
