★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property Management Staff from the Manager (Kathleen Markle) to the Condo Superintendent (Eric Mata) are very helpful and supportive of residents. Both staff helped us find a parking renter and allowed us to post our unit rental ad on the Bulletin Board.. Keep up the good work guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great looking building. Great location and view depending where you facing. I gave it a 4 because there was little to no consideration for sound proofing between units. Staffs friendly, cost efficient condo, overall good so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo is beautiful! But the staff not efficient at all. Except the manager lady.The Superintendent inst professional at all. He acts like a hall monitor doesn't know how to address people, has no respect not sure how he got chosen for this position with his gangster wannabe attitude. Kind of creepy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is amazing, especially Eric the Superintendent. He's on top of everything and is extremely polite when dealing all types of people. Ivan the Property Manager is also really great.
The condo is great to live in (1+ years now).
