About Safety Connections
Established in 2002, Safety Connections is the oldest running, original owner-operated safety training company in Medicine Hat. In 2006, we added commercial driver training to our offerings, now delivered from our Redcliff yard. We are thankful for the ongoing support of the community and always strive to maintain currency in our curriculum and outstanding customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Red Cross First Aid course was hosted here. The facility was clean with friendly staff and the course was top notch. My only complaint was the lack of parking the one day due to a Semi truck & trailer being parked outside. It was there for another course but was still inconvenient for the number of people using the facility that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classroom and practical instruction for the MELT program from Dallas and Travis was excellent. Chris, John, Jenessa and Chris were excellent as well, offering help whenever anyone needed a hand. Caroline always does a great job when I've taken First Aid, and Lynn is as good as anybody at keeping everything running. I'd have no problem taking training from any of these people because they're 10/10.

Every staff member I met or trained with was outstanding with helping me, communicating or teaching and training me to help me easily understand anything I might have been struggling with in the past. My driving instructor, Chris Vass, made me feel welcome every single morning I showed up, he was calm, helpful and understanding and that made me even more determined to learn and put in my hours willingly, patiently and enjoyably! They went by so fast and calmly, it was beautiful learning experience! These guys made my biggest dream happen, and for that I will forever be thankful and will continue referring them to all my friends! I highly recommend anybody taking these courses to check out what they have to offer! To all the staff at Connections Career and Safety, Thank You!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently completed the two month Mandatory Entry Level Training (MELT) program for obtaining your Class 1 license at Connections Career and Safety. It was a great program with the instruction in the classroom and training in the truck being top notch!
Dallas was the instructor in the classroom and my trainer in the truck and he was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable, patient and made things really easy to understand which made the entire progression through the program a great experience.
Lynn at the front desk was also very helpful. She answered all my questions when I first applied to the program which made for no surprises. She was very organized and made sure we completed all program milestones on time.
I also completed a First Aid course with Caroline as the instructor and it was a great course and explained very well.
I would definitely recommend the team at Connections for any safety courses you need!
