★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store on a weekday during business hours and the store was locked up and closed. I called the store number and the woman answered and said she was driving back to the store. I don't understand why there was no sign left on the door to inform customers they had stepped out. I left and the lady called me back several times because she was back at the store to let me in after I had already left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very small store, maybe 50 products, in an office building. Not really a storefront, probably more geared for online sales and mail order. The windowless door was closed, so not at all welcoming.
Additionally, none of the limited inventory had any prices. I don't like to ask "How much is this?" "How much is that?"
