β β β β β Amazing staff! They all have loads of experience and provide great help with any questions you may have. The deals here are significantly better than its competitors for all the brands and products I normally use, not sure about other product price comparisons. Goodlife members get an additional discount on regular priced items. Glad to have this location close to Downtown Markham.

β β β β β Great store. Excellent products with regular shipments coming in. If something is on sale they will let you know and have loyalty program. The only negative review on here doesn't explain why so I reported it. All the other reviews are excellent and the owners care #1 about your satisfaction as the customer. They have message of the week to motivate and price match for best prices. I used to shop mostly online, now I will walk across the street and purchase from this store for all my products. This place inspires me to hit gym again after I leave.

β β β β β Not just your average supplement store, prices are super competitive and the staff is super helpful and they really know their stuff! The owners are passionate about the fitness life and it shows! They are more than glad to answer any of your questions you throw at them too. Overall couldn't recommend enough!

β β β β β Looking for a specific product that was on website. Capable of looking myself. When I want help I'll definitely ask.
Sales guy in store berated me while looking at ingredients or products on the shelf. He says "I don't know why you're looking at that. That's not for you."
I probably would have settled with an alternative product in-store but instead of letting me review ingredients of the limited options he stands on top of me telling me what I want and need.
I show him the product I am looking for on the website, tells me it's a pre-workout (it's not).
Asked if he has another one specific product (he does have it. There are 2 boxes up on the very top of the shelves) and he says "No, no one has it. I don't know why." (I do know why there is limited supply/access issues).
The shopping experience I prefer is to get in/out and get what I need without any added value of being shouted from across the store that I need to identify what I am there for within .01 seconds of walking in the door and then be told in 2 seconds what I need and don't need. I stayed 4 minutes longer than I should have.
