Health Palace

Pretty disappointing experience so far... The Health Palace website claims that orders typically ship in 1-3 business days, however my order is still "awaiting fulfillment" after 5 business days. I still haven't received a reply to an email I sent to the company several days ago requesting an order status update. It also took 2 days of calling their business# before someone actually answered. The rep I spoke with couldn't tell me when the order would be shipped or the specific reason why there was a delay in processing/shipping it. Realizing that it would be a lot quicker for me to just pick-up the supplements at another retailer, I requested that they cancel my order. The rep said he would have to check with his supervisor if cancellation was possible. I'm still waiting for confirmation that the order will be cancelled and my payment refunded. I'm interested to see if or when this will actually happen... I understand that issues may arise that could delay an order, but what I don't understand is the unwillingness of this company to communicate with their customers.

The company provides exceptional service and a good inventory of excellent supplements and natural support for my specific medical needs that I could not find anywhere else. My orders are always shipped the same day, with next day delivery across Canada. I am a repeat customer, this is my experience and I highly recommend Health Palace.

Wow! We placed an order for a product that is hard to find in most health food stores at 12pm Wednesday. By 4pm FedEx had already picked it up and it was out for delivery. By 1055am Thurs it was in my mailbox! Seriously less then 23hrs! Impressive! (Markham to Ottawa) Thank you for the fast service. We will be ordering again from your company.

I placed an order on the phone for pick up. And when I called back in a couple of days to advise that I was coming to pick it up, they could not find the order and were confused and I was kept on hold for 10 minutes. I placed the order again on the phone for pick up and they billed my visa immediately even though I asked to pay for it when I picked it up. When I called back within 5 minutes and advised them that I needed one item taken off my order, I was told that would be no problem and that they would refund it on my visa. There was no refund placed on my visa. My husband arrived within a couple of hours after to pick up the order and he was left waiting for a half hour as they were being unclear about the refund. They continued to argue with my husband and yelling at him and would refuse to place the refund, saying "customers need to understand". They admitted that they sometimes just charge the visa without consent and told my husband to be patient and to call our visa to cancel the order. It was a brutal experience and they have no respect for their customers. I honestly wouldn't even trust the products they sell given their ethics and disrespect towards their customer. He also would not provide a receipt for anything we bought also. I wish I could give them negative stars. Take your business elsewhere. We will never go back or recommend them again. It’s a shame because especially given that it’s Covid, we are all about supporting local businesses. As front line workers, and small business owners it’s a shame this was the experience. Unfortunately, the owner is very confrontational and blatantly rude. Update, I receive a phone call from the owner who proceeds to tell me he is calling to answer my review and proceeds to explain what transpired in his words, and advised that my husband was "impatient and rude". He does not apologize and does not take any accountability for what transpired today. I ask him to please take me off of their mailing list and to never call me again. And then calls me again, which I did not pick up. Totally a horrible experience. I still have not seen my refund on my visa. In all fairness, this may show up in the next few days.

I am recommend this company! I put in my first order on Sunday night, it shipped on Monday and I received it in Victoria, BC on Tuesday. Wow! I was not expecting such speedy processing and shipping. I will definitely be ordering much more from Health Palace!

I am AMAZED by the service I have received as a first time customer. As a cancer patient in remission, I have been using a special Advanced B complex vitamin. Well, I have almost run out of my tablets, so yesterday January 12, 2021, I called and placed my order with Mark. Mark was absolutely wonderful, explaining what I had to do, checking on product availability and ensuring I got the freshest bottles. To my surprise, this morning, I found out that my order would arrive TODAY!!! I live in BC, Health Palace is in Ontario, and yes I know that if I spent over a certain amount I would receive free shipping...but wow I didn't expect to receive my order this quickly!!! Health Palace provides excellent pricing, AMAZING customer service (thanks Mark!!!) and they ensure that you get your purchase fast! Kudos to you, I will return, I trust you and your services!

I was concerned about the company after I read many negative reviews after placing my order. But, I'm happy to report that my full order arrived within 5 days! Thank you.

I was truly terrified after reading all the negative reviews. My experience was very positive. I ordered Genestra digest gluten chewable, it arrived on time, expiry date for next year, immediate replies to my messages. Excellent company!! Don’t believe what you read Gladys Gurski
