My experience here mirrored my phenomenal past encounters at the Barrhaven location. The office is very warm and inviting and the client service is spectacular. Whenever I call in for an appointment, to make changes, or to request documentation, Brenda is always such a fantastic help. Dr. Hardy is an exceptional optometrist and I feel privileged to be a patient at this clinic. Thank you!

Pam and Rachel are extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond in the dealings I had with them. Each spent a great deal of time with me selecting and helping me sort through the substantial number of frames and lens options in the store. With their help and expertise, I have a frame that meets all of the criteria I was looking for and the specialty lenses worked perfectly from the moment I put them on. I needed a few subsequent adjustments and was able to do these via appointment and impromptu drop in. A pleasure to deal with.

My young boys and I have had our eye exams by the doctors. They were really good with them - engaging the kids and helping them through the exam. And with me the doctors were informative, supportive and knowledgeable. I also bought my progressive glasses here. The opticians were very knowledgeable and the frame selection was good. The Nikon lenses are excellent. And the one month flexibility on swapping frames is helpful, as is the two month ability to change the lenses if they don’t work for me. Already I’ve gone in to have my new frames adjusted - they are working really well. And on top of it all, the admin staff at the front are warm and lovely and efficient. Highly recommend it!

The staff in both locations are amazing! Trina is excellent , she has lots of knowledge; and she can give you the right feedback when selecting the frame that suits you best and accommodates your budget. Greeted at the desk by a very welcoming staff. Lots of smiles. Very attentive. Very safe and organized waiting room. The experience with the staff on the service side is nothing short of exemplary. Took the time to explain options, benefits and products in great detail. No stone unturned. In terms of the appointment and visit with Dr Graham - as pleasant and professional as I have ever experienced. He was attentive to our needs, spoke to his audience - making a connection with each of our children during their appointment. He was incredibly compassionate, kind and informed. Made the entire process very easy. I couldn't imagine taking our business elsewhere. We have been going to the clinic for 3 years now and the service, selection and overall experience is first rate.
