I’ve been lucky enough to know Jay for a year now and in that short amount of time he helped me restructure my pricing model and positioning in the market to attract our ideal clients.
Funniest thing? Most of which he told me I already “knew” but wasn’t implementing for myself.
And that’s what’s really cool about Jay. He keeps you accountable to make this stuff happen. To not be afraid... And to have more confidence in yourself to be the expert you are.
Go with him. I’m very hesitant usually to give recommendations like this (especially for coaches and consultants because there’s so many out there..)
However jay is the real deal. And I stand behind what he does!

I had spoken to many different real estate agents prior to meeting him, none of which were all that helpful or supportive during this process. Jay on the other hand gave me advice and answered all and any question that I had regarding what I was to do and how to get it done!
Especially being someone as young as I was when buying my first property last year, many people dismissed me and did not take me seriously at all; but when I met Jay, I knew immediately that that wouldn’t be the case as he specifically asked me what my goal was and then explained to me how we would get there.
I can honestly say that I don’t think I would’ve been able to get through that confusing process of purchasing a home had it not been for him
