One of the worst fish stores I've been to. As others have said, overcrowded dirty tanks that look like they don't get much care. The livestock is not taken care of well at all. Good selection of fish tank products but the prices aren't much different than anywhere else. If you want to support an ethical fish store, don't go here. Go somewhere else like Aquariums West.

When I had walked into the store, the first thing that tranced into my mind first, was the glimpse of the neatness of the product ailses. Everything in the compartment of wares were decently organized, so you could really scroll through the store with ease. The pricing was reasonable, sometimes the products were cheaper by a couple of bucks and some other products that were very expensive, for instance, seachem paraguard-250 ml being priced at a whoping $30. The fish tanks had a excessively a average price on them, so nothing special about that, although some of the tanks were more on the expensive side. So pricing was pretty standard for an average store like this. There was a lot of selection on meds, fish foods filter medias at a pretty cheap price, so this was one of the few things that stood out from this store. Now, the fish selection. The pricing was fairly reasonable and there exceedingly lots of fish to choose from. Some of the fish were very appealing, their colors gleaming across the glass, for instance, the cardinal tetras and rummy nose tetras. They were a standout for me, because the quality and the looks of the cardinal tetras were some of the most colourful ones I had ever seen in my 15 years of pain, compared to aquariums west, which looked like the terrified faces of the people dying at Travis Scott's Astroworld concert. Most of the fish were healthy, however I had spotted a couple of dead or dying fish in the tanks, and several of the tanks were very cloudy and filthy, for instance, the goldfish tank, so that is one thing to improve on in this store, is to have a daily check on the fish, and quarantine sick fish and dispose dead fish. One thing I was dissapointed in, was the bettas in cups. They were unfiltered, and was very cramped, so next time try to make a filtered betta set up and try to upgrade the cups to small acrylic tanks. Finally, the customer service needs a bit of improvement, because the owner looks like he experienced vietnam flashbacks. When I did some communication with him, he didn't show much enthusiasm and replied to me in a monotonous manner. Also when I was try to pick a schooling fish for my 32.5 gallon aquarium, he did what the call the "asian death stare"(my dad does this a lot) so it was a bit uncomfortable, felt like I was the victim of the John F Kennedy assasination, but eventually I got a bit used to it. Henceforth, this is a pretty good, "average" fish store with a couple of quirks, and I reccomend this store to anyone who doesn't care too much about customer service, but wants some high quality schooling or centerpiece fish including a good selection of fish supplies.

Average store..limited unique varieties You definitely can find your fish supplies for home aquarium.. Great customer service..they treat loyal customers very well..but needs a little bit improvement It is my favorite store Fish tanks are taken care of..fish health is great. An awful experience at this aquarium. The guy attending was rude for no reason and was only nice to south East Asian customers like himself which is racist. I never had such experience with any aquarium. I would not be doing business with them again.

Really good place to go for shrimp. I got some really impressive blue caridina shrimp. They also have n impressive selection of high quality gold fish an koi. Aquariums are well run.

After reading all the negative reviews I steered clear of this place for so many years. I decided to stop by and was pleasantly surprised with how clean and organized it was. Tanks seemed well maintained, no algae on glass, prices were fair, decent selection of fish. This store will be on my regular visits. I'm not an amatuer hobbyist, so generally I know what I'm after so I didn't have any questions. Owner sees nice but quiet, I can see why some people may be deterred by it or think he's "not friendly". All my recent visits have been very positive there. Don't let the low rating deter you, they tend to have some more unique fish than the usual.

Over priced. Unfriendly. But they have lots of things that lets mart doesn't have. Special filter inserts and such. They also have a good selection of fish. Not great plants and again it's more expensive than it should be... Little tetras that should be 3-6 dollars are like 10.. so, only go if you have to. They do accept fish back if they get too big for your aquarium which is nice.

I've general had a decent experience up until today. Went to return a bag of aquarium gravel that was unopened. I was told that once it was paid for there were no returns. This not only feels ridiculous as it was purchased a few days ago and could just be re-shelved, but also because when I bought it I paid cash. They didn't have the right change so I said it was fine and I paid an extra two dollars. I guess my kindness was not returned. I will not continue my give them my business. Its a shame because I prefer to support small/local businesses.
