V	Vancouver RealEstate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will give you a time a day to pick up with all the changes or designs features you requested, You will show up and he will say just a bit longer, 3 hours later he will tell you to come tomorrow. I have witnessed customers show up 5 times and he tells them to come back. He mostly deals with low level cheap builders, in fact if your plans are designed by him you know its cheaply made. I was referred to him by another builder , gave him a deposit of $1500 and ended up abandoning my design and lost my money and moved on to a professional. Take your money and find a pro to deal with, this firm and the owner are a joke. No design experience or unique designs, just cookie cutter garbage that will probably get rejected at City intake.

I’m very satisfied with their work and have great customer service. They complete my projects in a timely manner and my clients are happy with their service. The only reason designing takes time is because of last minute changes from clients or city requirements but they fix everything quickly. Would definitely recommend!

He seems nice at first but very uncooperative when you make suggestions or point out potential issues. Be careful or better to not deal with them at all. Not recommended!

First off doesn't do any of the work he promises, neither gets anything ready at the dates he promises. All design work is from previous projects that he resizes to fit. You can try to give feedback after changes are made, im warning you good luck as he'll take his sweet time before you get your design back again. Nothing here is custom and neither should you expect it. I would rather find someone more professional.

Every time Asit spent lot of time with us ( as we made changes in our plans many times) he worked with us very patiently and was very helpful, not only making the right design for us but also doing all the paper work for our permit application for the city. We are very satisfied with Asit’s work and we will definitely recommend Maple Building Design for any of your future projects.

They are very slow and never get anything done, delayed my project and probably many others as well. Went their multiple times and every-time, nothing is done. Asit Biswas the owner is definitely a crook and very sneaky, got mad at me when I showed up to ask for changes based on the recommendations of city planners and extorted me for more money in order to draw a few lines. Stay far away from this place. Also, are these guys still in business?
S	Subit Ray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service Ever Don't be fooled by his words... He doesn't do any of the work he promises, neither gets anything ready at the dates he promises . None of the projects is down by him, he just assigns his drafters to do them and spend Zero time or creativity for your design. The only thing he is thinking about is money. Nothing here is custom and neither should you expect it. He is pretending that he is doing the best and affordable design for you, but at the end leave you behind the deadlines and deliver you previous designs ( just copy pasting ) and resizing projects to make it fit your property, which consequently cause to have a lot of edition and rejection from city hall and cause terrible issues while constructing. For him, the advantage of this is that he can charge you more and more by way of this strategy. If you value your time and your money , be away from these kind of people. It's far better to pay a little more and deal with professionals otherwise your money will be wasted. I would NOT RECOMMEND coming here.
