β β β β β Hiring this company was an expensive and time consuming mistake.
They were hired to draft a simple shed and they delivered some plans, but they needed to have minor fixes and changes to the footings for the building inspector.
The changes were not made and their excuses were that I need hire someone else to finish it or an employee is sick or that a structural engineer is needed.
Eventually I started over with another drafting company. They were easily able to draft the plans without any delays and they did not need a structural engineer.
