★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I brought our newer rescue pup into the store, he’s anxious around other people still but we’re socializing him as much as possible to show him it’s okay. I was hoping like in other stores we had been in they would be patient and slow with him and let him warm up but unfortunately we didn’t receive that experience. The second we entered the store it was an unpleasant experience, the staff greeted us however didn’t seem to like that we just wanted to look around. When he started barking at one of the staff Charmaine, she basically threw some treats at him then walked away, like that would help his anxiety at all. Because he was anxious and barking occasionally I felt like they were rushing to get us out as quickly as possible, the other staff member Sharon was quite lovely and sat with him and answered our questions as well as possible however we still felt very rushed by Charmaine. When we went to pay for our items we apologized and said sorry he’s just anxious and Charmaine responded “Yeah. He is” in a very snobby tone. We had initially planned to make this our main raw stop for our dog but after that experience we will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since we brought our puppy Decker home in March (in fact the first time we were there was a week before he came home to get ready fo him) we've been going to Simply Natural to buy his raw food (Natural Instincts is amazing stuff!) and for guidance. Charmaine and Sharon are both wonderful! Such wealth of information and kindness. From the first time we walked in and every time thereafter, they really take the time to make sure we're well taken care of and we've come to rely on their invaluable advice. I've also spoken to the owner Caroline on the phone and she was just lovely, knowledgeable and helpful as well. I cannot say enough good things about our experiences at Simply Natural and highly recommend them.

They have a wide variety of natural pet treats and supplements as well as toys and games to bring enrichment into your companion animal's life. Charmaine's knowledge and passion in regards to nutrition has been invaluable to myself and my dog as we are working our way through a digestive condition. Thank you for the endless hours you have spent helping us out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had such a wonderful experience at this store. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. In particular, I've been talking to Charmaine and she has turned things around for my border collie, Lily, who was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney failure. From the moment I called Charmaine, she went to work, putting together a nutrition and supplement plan for her. Not only did she do that but she's been checking in with us regularly. She loves her job and has such a great heart. The amount of support and morale boost we are getting has equally made a difference for Lily. I now recommend this store to everyone with a dog, friends and strangers!

Their quality of pet nutrition, very reasonable pricing, knowledge, and service is why they have many, many loyal customers. Recommend 100% for your pets. Vets also highly recommend this place too.
