He bully’s tenants and does not cooperate with the law.
He is currently being sued by several individuals for fraud.
He makes fake laws not supported by the government.
Do not hire this individual. As you will be surrendering your property to a 85 year old man that is on a “power trip”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a unit from these guys for many years and paid a high rate, we were an exceptional tenant. We decided to leave the location at the end of the term . The day we moved out , an identical business moved in and tried to take over our business. These guys are complicit in generating this scam . We barely survived this unethical behaviour . These guys only care about money not your tenants rights .
