Sharron is the best of the best ! We had a unique situation when we needed to hire a realtor. We needed some one who could sell our place, ( a two bedroom condo in south Vancouver) . Sell my wife’s mother’s house( a 3 bedroom house in delta and help us find a house we could all live in and renovate to accommodate all of our needs . We also needed to get top dollar for both our places and negotiate the selling price of our new home. All with in a very specific timeline and dry tight budget . We started with selling our place first . Sharon came to our place and we described what we were looking to do . With out missing a beat she had a plan . She explained step by step what we needed to do. Everything from painting, to staging and everything in between. We followed her direction to a tee . We are so happy we did . Our condo was sold for asking price and within hours of being on the market . Step one ,done ! My wife and I , and our two kids then moved to my wife’s mother’s house. Now we needed to start step two . Finding a house to accommodate all of us and have a layout with which we could renovate asto make everyone happy . ( Not an easy task to be certain) . After explaining to Sharron what we needed , what we wanted , and how much we could afford. She set up a tour of houses she thought would work for us. Well she was absolutely spot on ( as usual ) . First house we saw , checked off all of our needs. And would be able to also check off all of our wants. All the while staying within our budget and in the neighbourhood we desired. Step two done!! Now was time for step three. Selling my wife’s family home , for an amount we needed to keep our budget intact . And the difficulty of selling it with in our time frame ( we had a subject to sell ) on the house we had put on offer on. Once again we followed Sharon’s direction . Word for word . It had worked so well when we sold our place . We would obviously listen to her sound advice again . And like the previous experience, she came through with flying colours. House sold within our timeline and for an amount that fit our budget. Step 3 done!!! This was a very daunting process when we decided to try and figure out all the logistics, budgets , and timelines . Sharon is the most honest and professional person we could have asked for . It was on her recommendations and advice we were able to accomplish everything we needed and got the home of our dreams. Sharron is the greatest realtor in the world! She not only delivered as promised . She went above and beyond all of our expectations. We started this task with our realtor . We finished with our friend. She can help anyone who is in need of a realtor . This I am sure of . Further more she will be the only call you need to make. It was a great experience buying a home with Sharon! It was our first purchase and Sharon made the whole process very easy, efficient and supportive. Sharon answered any questions we had promptly and thoroughly and found us the perfect first home! Would highly recommend!
