★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disrespectful customer service! Warren was nice at the beginning when we went to see the apartment, after that he never replied and seemed to not care about us. We had to call him several times cause no email was replied, no info was given and up until now (18 days) of the application date, no info was given. If they were not interested in us they could have told us before so we would not have wasted our time!
