★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not impressed with the customer service at the Mac counter at the Bay. I asked an associate if she could help me find the mascara and black liner. She was unable to help me and her tone and response was quite rude and condescending. I shop at Mac all over the world and in Shanghai, Nanjing, and Berlin, I always receive such respect. Unfortunately, in my own home town, I experience being spoken to with such disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had probably half a dozen or more makeup applications done at this location, including for Halloween and every time I am impressed with the service and the outcome of the application. Definitely worth booking one if you have a special event or want to learn some tips and tricks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales girls are really helpful. It's never busy like the location in the main mall is so the girls are eager to help out or answer questions. If you ask to sample any products or try stuff on they will gladly let you and will fix up the rest of your makeup too if needed!
