N	Niranjala Senanayake Storm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally I have a good shopping experience in the store. However, last week I was talking to a pharmacy technician regarding a drug recall. My mother's medication was in the same time period as per the recall. To confirm that I was inquiring the batch number. Apparently after the recalled they pulled it out from the store, but didn't notify the patients. To my surprise the pharmacy didn't even know which batch number that my mother's medication belongs to. She kept saying it is not important enough to call the patient so they didn't. Then why pulled the drugs out of the shelf I wondered. I am really disappointed not knowing which batch number they delivering to the patients, not notifying the recall and trying to convince that it is not important enough for me to worry about my mother's medication as there is no immediate danger. Who are we to trust and depend on when it comes to this kind of situation. I have no choice but to let my mother take the medication but feeling bad that it is not safe.

"Normally our LD experience is great, worthy of at least five stars, but last week we encountered a large display of Roundup. !!! We could hardly believe our eyes. Is London Drugs being wilfully blind to the damage this product has been linked to, and the worldwide efforts to ban it, not to mention the 11 million dollars Bayer/Monsanto has paid to claimants who have suffered terribly after using it? How can a store supposedly supporting healthy living — or is this just a corporate illusion? — sell this stuff?? Are profits more important than the health of customers and for that matter the Earth? Good grief! Can we now expect a response justifying the use of this dangerous product?" LD replied that what they sold doesn't contain glysophate, but is vinegar-based. Prompting more questions: • was this info posted on the store display? • why was the sale not advertised in the weekly flyer? • is LD contractually obliged to sell Monsanto/Bayer products if they wish to sell other less-controversial items? It will be interesting to see how long THIS post is visible.

The photo shop is great; I've ordered many keepsakes online and picked them up at the Harris Green location. Really nice and helpful staff - very professional. Very clear Covid protocols in place, which I appreciate. They offer self-check out which is my preference. London Drugs Harris Green helps me. For that I am grateful.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the selection is good, and I especially love the people and resources in the photography department. I also want to recognize how incredible the staff have been during the pandemic. Life has been hard for everyone, and retail workers are among the most important, yet worst treated, individuals in our society in the last 2 years. Edit: I have recently readjusted this review from 1 star after London Drugs has decided to remove disinformation regarding COVID-19 from the front of store.

If they are out of stock on an item she immediately contacts me and suggests an alternative or will contact me when the item is back on the shelves. She is friendly, communicates promptly and delivers the order in record time.
C	Chris David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware the electronics return policy. I was assured upon purchase that they had a great return policy within 15 days. The device did not come with a plastic shield/covering for the top painted surface I went to return it (and even after mishandling my device bumping it against the plastic spit shield), The manager/clerk refused to process my refund due to physical damage on the device (IMO so minor that it could've been shipped that way). Please see the pictures of the device and judge for yourself if this is reasonable. I was extremely disappointed with the product, the handling of the return, and the overall return policy. I escalated to the store manager and they said that "yeah, that's why I would never get the painted finish". I was shocked that they wouldn;t warn someone if it was a known issue or they just truly do not want to honour their return policy.

It’s all about keeping an eye open and do price check before buying. I’ve got some good deals when items go on sale but the new items like electronics are double the price that what it is available for on Amazon. Good collection of different items. Overall a good shopping experience, just that always do a price comparison with other store especially, Amazon.
