★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [Update] Eight years after my first review which follows, I decided it was time for a new MacBook Pro even though the 2013 model was still working well. Sia and his staff are still providing terrific service, and the product is better than ever. [2013 review] Got a new top case and battery for my late 2013 15" Retina MacBook Pro that was having touchpad issues and it feels/works like new. Thank you Sia for selling me this laptop in the first place, and thank you Robin for your outstanding work [as usual!]. Having now read several reviews of the new MacBook Pro 16", I can honestly say that your repair service saved me thousands of dollars!

And I have found them invariably courteous, helpful, found exactly what I need, explained things perfectly, and always gave me the BEST deal possible. If you use Apple/Mac products these are your guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get my computer fixed. My battery was starting to fail and I had a few keys on my keyboard that had fallen off. And one of the ports on my computer was unusable after getting some mushed banana inside it. (I’m not making that up, it really happened.) They fixed it all up very quickly and did a great job of it. It looks like I have a new computer now even though I got it about five years ago. Everyone at Restart was very friendly as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a few questions about transferring data from old MacBook-Air to new MacBook-Air. Didn't want to talk about it, gave me a phone number for Apple and recommended talking to them. He offered to do the transfer though for $250. He could of suggested using the Migration Assistant built into every Mac to transfer data with just one click. Questions about Apple products? Restart should restart with the basics: Customer Service.

Fair price and great service, i know where to go if i will need more assistance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undoubtedly their sense of responsibility for the service they provide goes beyond expectations. I almost missed the chance to get the parcel and they called me frequently to the point of telling me it is there or it’ll return if I can’t pick it up and it was a highly important parcel that I missed. So their derives is not merely pointed out towards profit but ethics and values at their grounds. Thank you Mr. Siyamak for your kindness and great help. I’ll come for any apple related service as well to your store and nowhere else.
