An envelope I tried to send almost a month ago has not arrived yet, and nobody knows what has happened to it. I dropped it off at an official drop box in downtown Victoria (Yates St.) and then it mysteriously disappeared. And these were important documents. I'm NOT happy!

Despite having tracking and there being "insurance". FedEx marked a package as delivered when no one ever showed up as we have a Ring door cam. We submitted a complaint and underwent proper procedures but the claim was denied. What are customers supposed to do when a package is marked as delivered, but no FedEx package ever arrived? Lost my trust in this company. Very sad. Very disappointed.

Do not use fed ex they will bill you and never send you a bill for your purchase untill it goes to collections. Absolutely the worst costumer service ever.

When I entered the store, I waited close to the door since other customers were there. A dude with a condescending attitude standing on the right counter yelled at me, asking what I wanted. I raised my voice to say I was trying to get a FEDEX quote for a regular 23kg suitcase. He said they couldn’t do that without the suitcase. He told me to go online to get it. I left the store thinking that there’s a good reason why machines are taking jobs out of people.

THE COMPUTER SHOP’s OWNER IS EXTREMELY RUDE. Only him, I’m not complaining other people in the store. Had a really bad experience at the store today at noon. I asked if he can ship the parcel and he asked me to go to another FedEx, this is a computer store. And they charge expensive processing fee which Canada post does for free. What the owner said is, “Buy the tape and do that by yourself at home” That’s what he was yelling at me! Would give him 0 star if there’s an option!! I can tell the way he’s talking to Asian customers is NOT RESPECTFUL! Because it’s really different when I saw him talking to other customers!! He pretends he doesn’t understand the English I speak. I tried my best to pronounce well. What I want to say here is “Well, if you’re not that good at English, why you owns a store and rude to customers?!” He just doing dirty business and wants to make more money! I’m an International student, the tuition is really expensive. I’m trying to save as much money as I can. But he charged the processing fee for no reason. He doesn’t care of what the customers need. He asked me to search something on my phone instead he helped other customers to search on his computer. Wouldn’t come back anymore and I’ll definitely complain about this owner. I’ll tell my friends be aware of this owner! Because he has a problem of his moral quality! Also, last year in December I came to the store. At that time masks are mandatory inside the store. The owner doesn’t put his mask on when talking to me when I’m the only customer in the store. He was going to hit me when I ask him to keep physical distancing! Feel super unsafe in this situation! I beared him for 2 times already, I don’t want same thing happened the 3rd time!

I was given notice that my Fed Ex parcel was delivered, and as I was home, I immediately went to get it. No parcel, no truck. Claim put in right away as they were dodgy on the phone. Everyone has computers, but no, it will take 4 days to contact the driver. I believe there staff are illiterate, why would it take 4 days to talk to the driver. I guess that gives them time to come up with a story. I will be out #250.00 as their record shows they don't return clients claims of money. DON'T USE FED-EX!
