★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I just purchased a home from M and K homes. We could not be happier about the entire experience. Prompt service, no pressure, no unanswered question, and sincere effort to get us in the right home. After shopping at the mobile home builders in central Alberta I found that your best quality and best price is at M and K. We have an outstanding custom new home at our acreage for 140k which would have looked like 160, 170, or 180k from the other home builders. I highly recommend M and K and in particular I recommend Bev Blades. She was thorough with us when we asked for it, and gave us the pressure free time as well. Bev will be there for you with an answer to any question any time without any obligation to buy from her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I went shopping rather hurriedly for a new home, I found M&K to be a cut above the rest. What stood out were their show homes. Clearly, someone knew a thing or two about home design there.
I used Bev Blades to help me design the home (She's a great home designer!) and after that was over with, the manager James Livingston took me through the many steps to get it transported and set up.
If there was one other thing that should be mentioned, it was how they responded to their mistakes. There are hundreds of little details that go into a designed home, and sometimes a few things are missed. Instead of giving me a hard time about it when I raised the issue, they said more or less "Well, I guess we screwed up. Here's what we will do to make it right". And make it right they did. But overall, 99% of the details were correct.
Triple M homes built the home EXACTLY as the design showed. I have no issues with them at all. I think they are a great home builder.
After about 6 months of living in my new house, I think I've got all the kinks worked out. I am so happy! Thank you M&K!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ James and kimmi were very helpfull. We visited about 10 modular home places. Their homes were definitely the best. There prices were very compeditive. They also helped us custom design our new home. We have had or new home for 5 years and just love it. It is warm , well built and has a beautiful open floor plan. Their after sales service is second to none. I would recommend them to everyone. They aren't just sales people they are our friends. Thanks. And keep.up.the great work.

Kelly and the girls in the office were always inviting, and patient with us spending many hours figuring out our custom designs! The team that hauled out the modular was fantastic.
There was a couple of small things in the house that got mixed up but James and Randy were quick to get them sorted out without questions! Ed, the contractor did a fabulous job correcting the mix up for us and we couldn’t be happier!
The quality is second to none and we have had so many compliments on the house!
We can’t thank the team at M&K enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met with M & K homes January of 2019. We did not have a plan to buy a home at that time but we wanted to get an idea of the cost of a home we would buy if we designed it. They didn't make us feel like we were wasting their time for something that wasn't set in stone. We returned April 2020 and said "Okay! were ready, we sold our house, we bought some land" Kimi was hands down the best. She was patient, kind, and caring. We were not just a dollar figure to her. She helped us go through a couple show homes and custom one of theirs into our own. After all the add ons and deleting a couple things we were shocked that we stayed under budget. When it was time to finalize our order, they had an amazing sale going on so we were able to take advantage of that even tho we already started the paperwork. We love our new home. It was such a stress less and easy process. They made it super easy to build our dream home, from start to finish! Always there to answer all my questions, panic moments and provide detailed explanations! If we had to do it again without a doubt... we would choose M&K Homes again!
