Recently moved to BC and newer to mountain biking, the gents at LVB have been awesome in tuning my Devinci Wilson and giving me advice on how to maintain it for future. Big shout out to Owen and Alex in the shop, ever since the first time coming in and the repeat visits have been extremely patient and considerate with my questions and most of all my bike. Thanks so much, highly recommend to anyone!

I had little issues with the bike but they went above and beyond to make sure the bike was top notch. If your buying a bike in this area i highly recommend this shop. Great customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole crew up at LV bikes are super helpful, approachable, and awesome to deal with. Jake was exceptional in dealing with Kona for a crash replacement and knocking a ride wrap out of the park. Alex is very knowledgeable on parts and Kevin and Rick plus the whole mechanic crew are informative and dialled in their repairs and servicing. Happy to keep taking my Kona back here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience every time I use this bike shop. Staff are usually dismissive or just lacking customer service skills. Also the only bike shop in North Vancouver that couldn't be bothered responding to my email enquiry regarding wanting to purchase substantial upgrades for my bike. They could learn a thing or two from Steed, COVE and Obsession bikes. It's a shame because they're THE local bike shop in Lynn Valley but I cant be bothered supporting them anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rick and Ken have got a good thing going. Whether it’s sales or service, they have you covered - ranging from kids bikes to mtb and everything in between (even gravel now!). I’ve been taking my bikes to Lynn Valley Bikes for years and completely trust the team. I really like that this is a locally owned and operated store, and it’s great to see Rick out on the trails with his family ripping it up. Thanks guys! BTW - love the new expanded floor space! It was great seeing a little ripper testing out his new bike in your store...super cool, and not something that would have been possible in the old shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lynn Valley Bikes has to be the best bike shop in the Vancouver area. It's run by two absolute MTB legends, one of which is an ace mechanic.
Rick unbent the derailleur on my Rocky Mountain Instinct within 45 minutes of me calling the store to ask if they had availability to do it. All other shops I called had a 3 week minimum backlog (as I'm sure they did, but they found the time anyway).
Great selection, amazing advice, wildly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. This is the place.
