Thank you for checking our furnace, completing repairs, and providing information about its likely life left (it's our original furnace - 20 years old). Luxury installed the original and has provided service during those years! We appreciate that the techs call when they are on their way, ask about problems and are very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very thoughtful experience start to finish. Our technician encountered every obstacle there probably could have been from bad compressor, valve, coil and so forth. He remained patient and informative. For being new construction all of this was rather unexpected especially with northern Ohio finally hitting 90 degree temps. I would recommend Luxury to any of my friends and family should they ever be in the need o work. The office staff was extremely pleasant as well!

The owner runs a very professional small business. He knows his stuff, is extremely polite and personable, and does a thorough job. His prices are not cheap, but his attention to detail is worth any premium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend. The person that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. Had an appointment scheduled for the next day, but they had and opening and came the same day! Repaired the board on the furnace and did a complete cleaning of the furnace for a very reasonable price. Great company and will be a return customer!

They are people that I feel comfortable with in my home. And I feel their prices are very fair. When ever anyone is looking for a air-conditioning and heating company I always recommend Luxury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the time I called, and the quick call back with information, up to the scheduled appointment with a Tech, Luxury Heating Company was spot on professional. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful and got back to me with an answer right away. The Technician, Tom, arrived promptly, at the very beginning of the 4 hour window I was given. He did his diagnostics and stayed to make sure the issue was tested and resolved with the furnace and duct work. He was genuinely interested in addressing my concerns and made sure to explain things thoroughly to me before he left. I plan to call about the Maintenance Plan soon. Very pleased with the Service from beginning to end that Luxury Heating Company provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted this company via Homestars. The owner contacted me within two days. I needed to have two fireplaces inspected and cleaned. He quoted me a price and let me know that he was busy in the next few weeks and would contact me when he was available. He called me weekly to let me know he was still coming. When he arrived, he took such care to explain things to me and did such a thorough job of cleaning the fireplaces and inspecting the outside vent! I was so impressed with his level of experience, honesty and professionalism! Nice to see people take pride in their work! Highly recommend to luxury heating and fireplace service.

I do want to give a shout out for tech Andrew. He is such an asset to your company. He was a tech that was knowledgeable and very polite.
