★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get your furnace/AC serviced by Milani unless you will need to run it within 30 days. Their labour warranty is 30 days and they will stick to that 30 days even if you have no way of knowing there is an issue until months later. End result is you will need them come out 2x/year instead of once. There are more customer-service centered companies out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment for a plumber to investigate a leak between 8 am and 10 am. At 9:15 am I called their office to confirm someone was definitely coming by 10 am as I had an appointment to make at 10:30 and couldn't open door from plumber after that. The representative said she would tell dispatch to let me know an ETA right away. An hour later I get a call from Milani advising plumber would be at least another hour. I get this sort of poor service from the cable and utility companies. I don't need it from my plumber as well. There's plenty of plumbers out there who will respect my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milani installed an high efficiency furnace in 2019 and now I have them maintain it each year. Appointments are easy to make by phone. The technician showed up on time and was in and finished quickly. I had a few questions about the condensate neutralizer and he explained them and said I didn't need to replace them at this time. I find Milani is quite responsive whether on the phone or the person on site. Yes I trust and recommend them !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very happy with my new hot water tank. Mike, the technician was friendly and professional and got the job done in a timely fashion. He took great care ensuring that my floors and walls weren't damaged when removing and installing the hot water tanks.
I plan on using Milani again for any future plumbing needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called on a Monday and was booked for the following day. I got a confirmation call as well as a text prior to his arrival and Brad exchanged a leaking kitchen faucet in no time. He was very professional and courteous as were the people who I spoke to on the phone. Would definitely recommend Milani.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had very positive experiences with Milani on several occasions. This time it was to repair a cracked exterior water pipe. I also wanted put a pressure reducer on the pipe. My plumber Devon gave some good advice and relocated the pressure reducer so that it serviced my my house line as well - which replaced the very old I was using. Devon was helpful and cheeful and overall it was great service.
