★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience with this company. They came to fix my AC . The guy spend a couple of hours and couldnt fix it and proposed to change the whoe chasis. I had a nother company who came and found the problem and fix it in one hour and charged $170 where as TOWER HVAC is requesting $320. Its unfailr to charge this much when the unit is not fix. I am willing to pay $150 but not $320 . WIthout permission they put the charge on my strata . Not professionals.

Brad promptly answered any questions we had and the sub-trades he used for the wall repair and painting were top-notch as well. We are very happy with our unit and the entire process.
