They took the time to explain everything at each stage and were so genuine in their approach. Will definitely use for further plumbing work we need done in the future. Highly recommended. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend Paul and Lonsdale Plumbers any more highly. I called when our heat on demand water tank/boiler completely stopped working. He came with his apprentice at the end of their very long day. It turned out to be a more complicated issue than they hoped and it turned out that they needed to order some parts. Paul always kept me updated in regards to the situation. They always worked really hard, were very professional and were very responsive when I had any questions. They ended up having to come here three times. I was worried about the final cost. I could not believe how reasonable it was for the amount of time and effort they put into the situation.The quality of their work is great! You could not get a better plumbing team! Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul helped me at 1am a few years ago, when I had a massive back up in the sewer. Even though it was well after midnight, he came and did a fantastic job. He made me feel very comfortable even though it was a horrible hour. Roots from a tree had blocked the pipes, Paul was efficient and thorough, and has a very happy disposition. I then moved, but needed his help again in a new house. He kindly made a spot for us, and attended on time, and was incredibly quick and efficient. I was delighted to hear he now has his Gas fitters licence along with many other tickets. Paul is a gem, and I HIGHLY recommend him. He leaves everything so tidy and has the auld fashioned work ethics. Great job Paul. So glad I have your number!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using Lonsdale plumbing for a while now for both boiler servicing and repairs. Our house has a complex heating and monitoring system which he has taken the time to understand and repair. He provides great service at a reasonable cost, particularly compared to his competitors. Tonight we had to call regarding a boiler fault due to a recent power cut he talked my wife and I through some simple steps which we could do ourselves to restart the system without having to call him out saving us money for a call out fee. Other plumbers would have charged us for this simple repair. I really admire his integrity and honesty in extending this help to us at no fee and will continue to use him whilst I live on the North Shore. Truly a true gentleman amongst tradesmen and head and shoulders above the rest. Would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic service. We had been trying to get a plumber to come fix our hot water tank on Bowen Island for 6 months. Companies kept saying they would call back and never did. I called Lonsdale Plumbers and spoke to Paul who asked me to send an email with a picture of our tank. The very next day Eric was here, replaced it, and took our old one.

Throughout, they were kind and extremely professional. The quality of their work was top notch and pricing was extremely fair. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shortly before Christmas we had to place an emergency call to Lonsdale Plumbers for a boiler repair. I was delighted to receive a text from the owner of the company within an hour of placing the call. They were completely backed up but Paul was able to take the time to ask for the model number so that he could start sourcing parts to expedite the repair. He managed to squeeze us in first thing in the morning, and even sent us a text message when he was on the way after picking up the part and within an hour we were up a running. Very reasonable rate and excellent, friendly and reliable service. A real gentleman to deal with and we highly recommend this company! Chris, North Vancouver
