Sam worked tirelessly over the May long weekend to solve the problem. He is very knowledgeable and his diagnosis of the problem was very well explained and his solution was extremely efficient. He kept us informed every step of the way and was extremely professional but he also has a great sense of humour which was very calming. I would highly recommend Sam. Thomas F

We had a nightmare of a job and Sam did it with ease and was so pleasant the entire time. Any other plumber would have refused such a difficult job, but Sam did it in no time, explained all the work to me, and saved us a TON of money! If you want a plumber who will do the job right the first time with phenomenal service, Sam is your guy. I can't say enough good things.
