V	Vytautas Jankauskas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Lumos recently as I was looking for a new dentist located in Strathcona and they had very good reviews. As someone who generally feels some anxiety about going to a dentist's office, I was really happy with how comfortable front staff and the dental assistant made me feel. Dr. Shah was very personable and walked me through the findings of imaging (they have this fancy new 3D equipment). He was great at explaining what treatment I needed and why. What I was most impressed by was that he actually took time to explain how to prevent further dental disease and what are my future risks. He was really good at reassuring me and I genuinely felt cared for. I got 3 fillings done the same week - it took no time and I literally felt nothing during the procedure, didn't even need freezing!

Had some technology which I have never seen before. Great young group of knowledgeable people at Lumos Dental. I would recommend them to anyone!

The dentist was really knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to make sure I understood and that my questions were answered. He was able to fix my filling on the spot and it immediately felt way better. The whole team were really helpful and they helped me feel comfortable after my previous bad experience. In the end Lumos helped me cover the cost to fix the filling which was a big help because I had already used my benefits with the previous dentist.

I’m very self-conscious about my teeth and go routinely and after having a bad experience elsewhere I was encouraged to look for a new dentist. From the front desk staff Daisy to the hygienists and assistants Rae, Kelsey, and Daniela, everyone is very welcoming and attentive to your needs. I went initially for Invisalign and couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s always a painless experience and the staff are very accommodating! Thanks Dr. Shah and your team!

They sent me text reminders and all the work was done very professionally and pain free as possible. I had to change dentist because of pour service at the previous one and was so happy to find a local dentist a few block from home. I love their professionalism and their friendliness. I really appreciate the approach that Dr. Shah has with oral health and look forward to have my little family be their customers. Talking about family, I had my 6 year old daughter visiting for her "happy visit" few months ago and they made her feel so comfortable that she is looking forward to visit them again in a few months.
