★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both the medical and cosmetic sides of Lucere are awesome! All of the staff at Lucere go above and beyond for their patients. Janice, the receptionist on the medical side has always accommodated my lack of availability and always puts a smile on my face when I visit. Chelsey on the cosmetic side does beautiful work and takes perfect care of all of her patients. Dr. Taher is one of a kind as well and continues to have a positive perspective which always makes me feel a little better about health related issues! 5/5 stars for sure :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best experience. Dr. Tahir was so kind and quick with his procedure. I had laser hair removal with Nicole. She is the best technician I've ever had. Years of doing laser hair removal with nominal and poor results. After 1 session with her, I had dramatic improvement. She was excellent, knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently came in for a laser session with Sandra. I wanted to just send a quick email to note the pleasant experience I had. Sandra was absolutely lovely and explained technical details with enthusiasm. Despite being her last client for the day, she did her job with remarkable eagerness. She answered my questions and did the laser thoroughly. She was mindful of when I was feeling pain and also did not engage in discussion in that state, and anything spoken was appropriately rhetorical. Sandra was incredibly pleasant company for the hour or so I was with her.

My service with Heather was fabulous ! Heather is beyond incredible at what she does. She truly shines and ensures you feel welcome, and comfortable. Her expertise and passion is pure, and I highly recommend booking with her! :)

I would say my overall experience and procedure itself was impeccable, professional and of high clinical standard. I being a vastly experienced physician myself who has worked in many countries would say that this clinic's safety and clinical protocols were excellent! Right from reception staff to nurses and doctor it was amazing and professional. A big shout out to Dr Taher and staff nurse Harpreet for performing the procedure with great clinical detail and focus! Thank you for your services. I would highly recommend this clinic!

My experience has been mainly with Michelle and I’m so grateful for her kind and calm approach to individuals like myself that may be uncertain or uneasy. She’s truly amazing and I’d highly recommend booking in with her. I feel like she’s always on time, if not early, which is a bonus for those with a busy schedule!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a client at Lucere for years. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Nurse Cassie. It was my first time being treated by anyone other than Dr. T. Cassie instantly put me at ease. She's a total sweetheart and her technical skills are on point. I have scar tissue in my lips and she had no problem working around it. She has an incredible eye for symmetry and facial harmony, and doesn't overfill. She's also super gentle, so the pain was minimal. I am SO impressed and happy with the results!!

Terri was wonderful when it came to anti wrinkle treatments and answered all of my questions.
I wanted to focus on achieving healthier skin and Paulina and Jenna have been amazing. Paulina has walked me through step by step from the consultation/skin analysis to products and treatments and made sure we start one step at a time. She checks in and follows up which I think is outstanding.
Jenna is lovely and does an incredible job during your skin treatments. I highly recommend the clinic and booking an appointment. With each of these ladies..
