Je les ai contacté et à leur demande j'ai envoyé une photo de la rondelle défectueuse . Immédiatement par courriel j'ai reçu le numéro de pièce à commander. J'ai commandé la rondelle "puck" en ligne et le lendemain je recevais l'article. Facile d'installation et résultats éblouissants. Merci de la coopération du personnel .
I found the name of the company on the transformer to which the "puck" washer installed under the kitchen cabinet is connected. I contacted them and at their request I sent a photo of the defective washer. Immediately by email I received the part number to order. I ordered the puck online and received the item the next day.
