★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvais expérience avec eux. Table acheté et payé en novembre , toujours rien reçu. Me dise toujours que la commande est arrivé au port et que la date de livraison est reportée. Me dise d’ être patiente.
Bad experience with them. Table bought and paid for in November, still nothing received. Always tells me that the order has arrived at the port and the delivery date is postponed. Tell me to be patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service après vente très désagréable. J'ai essayé plusieurs fois de les contacter, par chat, email et téléphone et jamais eu de retour. Ça fait maintenant une semaine que j'attends une réponse à mon dernier courriel et toujours rien. Si ça continue , je serais obligé de dénoncer l'entreprise à ma compagnie de carte de crédit vu qu'ils ont pris le paiement, mais ne rendent aucun service en échange! Dommage.
De 1 étoile à 3. Finalement, j'ai réussi à les rejoindre et ils ont pu répondre à mes besoins. La table que j'ai commandé sera livré 2 mois en retard, mais cela est comprenable considérant tous les évènements entourant la pandémie. Hâte en février pour la livraison finale.
Very unpleasant after-sales service. I have tried to contact them several times, by chat, email and phone and never heard back. I've been waiting for a response to my last email for a week now and still nothing. If this continues, I would have to report the business to my credit card company since they took the payment, but do no service in return! Pity.
From 1 star to 3. Finally, I managed to join them and they were able to meet my needs. The table I ordered will be delivered 2 months late, but this is understandable considering all the events surrounding the pandemic. Looking forward to February for final delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus jamais!!! 1. Livraison horrible; aucun suivi malgré mes efforts (pendant 1 mois) et le livreur a eu besoin de mon aide... Une chance que j'étais là, sinon il m'a affirmé qu'il aurait laissé les boîtes dans le banc de neige. 2. Les mauvaises vis ont étés livrés, j'ai dû aller chez Rona pour m'acheter les bonnes vis. 3. Chip dans le bois en plein milieu de la porte de mon buffet. Je vous épargne la suite... Achetez québécois ailleurs.
Never again!!! 1. Terrible delivery; no follow-up despite my efforts (for 1 month) and the delivery man needed my help... Luckily I was there, otherwise he told me he would have left the boxes in the snowbank. 2. The wrong screws were delivered, I had to go to Rona to buy the right screws. 3. Chip in the wood right in the middle of my sideboard door. I'll spare you the rest... Buy Quebec elsewhere.
