★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased a leather jacket from here. It was hard to browse around without being interrupted by pushy sales people every 2 minutes. I just purchased what I came for and left immediately. Love the products but just not the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Sunday I purchased a leather jacket from Danier, the salesperson was Martha. The first one she brought me that I almost bought had a cut in it so she brought me another one. She asked me if I wanted to wear it right now and I said "yes". Martha then cut the tags off of the jacket and threw them in the garbage, gave me my receipt.
My wife and I then went to another mall for some more shopping. My wife asked me what was all over my jacket and started brushing it with her hand, I thought it looked like lint all over it. It turns out it's the leather poorly finished and the cowhide is sticking up and looks like peach fuzz. We decided to return the jacket the following day Monday. I had to work and my wife didn't so I sent her to return the jacket. The same sales person Martha was there. Martha said she could not take the jacket back because I don't have the tags with it. My wife explained that you (Martha) had cut them off and thrown them away before you gave us the jacket. Martha then said well in any case you wore it in the rain. My wife said you mean the six feet between the store and our car? Martha said yes. Martha explained that because we don't have the tags and we wore it to our car that she would not be taking it back even though the product is clearly defective and not because a few raindrops touched it.
This store and the salesperson Martha has to be the sneakiest (cutting off my tags and throwing them out) retailer I have ever dealt with.
Don't buy Anything from here!
