They accused my friend of having nothing better to do than stalk them when in fact whoever runs this business had nothing better to do than comment unnecessary comments on someone they did not even know or have prior communications with. One comment read "Filtered/edited to the ends of the earth" another read "the amount of filter is staggering". When called out, they attacked her mental health as a counter for their actions. I would not recommend this business what so ever as they do not seem to take responsibility for their actions and I would not want to know how they handle bad customer experiences based off this alone.

I was also welcomed into the store on a day they were closed & he took the time to walk me through the different leathers, some new products & showed me a new buckle that I haven’t used before. Made a bag with it right away & now wish I’d bought more than 4. It will be a stable in my hardware. I’ll be be soon. Thank you

But what makes this shop so amazing is the owner/operator, Steven Enns. While Steven is an incredibly skilled leather artisan and master of his craft, using both old-world tools and state-of-the-art technology to create gorgeous, high quality leather goods, he is what makes Hand&Sew so unique! Steven is incredibly generous with his knowledge and experience and is quick to share a tip or technique. He is kind, caring, patient and authentically interested in projects that his customers are working on (or struggling with!) His selection of high quality leather is extensive, as are the tools, equipment and accessories one might need to create with leather. Hand&Sew has it all!

The item I purchased (large stitching pony) was shipped out the same day and arrived a day and a half later. It was safely packaged, and even came with little extras! The quality is perfect, and I’m so excited to give this item as a gift. 10/10 would recommend!

Very seldom have I seen a comparable level of service to that provided by Steven at Hand and Sew. If he doesn't have it he gets it for you. He custom tailors your orders. He knows what you like and suggest other products you might enjoy. Furthermore, he's just a solid guy. Great buying experience.
