seen any advertisements to draw me their, when shopping at foot
solutions I decided to pop in.
Well first of all I was greeted by 2 professional ladies Fay & Lisa, it was
such a nice feeling to be helped, another words most shops especially
The Bay if you can find a clerk, they tell you this is what we have spreading her arms in the air.
You could never ever say size 10 please, no a person has to redress
go back out on the floor and find the item your self, staff is very young
and inexperienced unable to communicate in English very good.
And sincerely they couldn’t care a less if you chose to shop or leave.
Laura is truly a different concept, the staff that work their care!
Honest opinions when asked “what do you think” not the phoney
answers you get from other shops, “awesome” again your dealing with
a lot younger staff in other stores, unprofessional.
I can’t say enough about Fay & Lisa. You must try this branch of
Laura’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These ppl do not know how to treat customers since covid 19 hit. If a customer has skin allergys or and has major skin irritation and they cannot use hand sanitizer they should not be refused access to the store. Refused access to a manager. Which I don't believe for a second was not available. And my mother and I were yelled at and told to leave immediately because we couldn't use their hand sanitizer. Store policy! It sounds like these woman are paranoid and scared. They should not be working if they're this scared. Mistreating customers like this is extremely rude. U will lose all your customers if u keep treating paying customers like this! Shame on you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to give my email address because I ordered a jacket. Ever since then I receive about 30 emails a week. I have called them, blocked them, reported them and still receive 30 emails a week. They have hundreds of email addresses so you cant stop it. I never gave them permission to email me and fell harassed. They also text me once a day, I have blocked them nothing helps. I would not shop here again and if you do, do not give them your phone number or email address for any reason. This should be illegal. I have never had a clothing store do this its insane.
