โ โ โ โ โ Went to Langley location and the male employee was very helpful. The tall long dark haired lady just told me to go up to the counter and the OTHER employees would help me. Not professional!! Especially when she was heading the same way and took over one of the cash registers to look at an item. This location only had one set of runners so he called the Coquitlam location to put on hold the second pair. Coquitlam location had same prices. Lots of parking at both locations, both very clean. I would recommend these locations.

โ โ โ โ โ I just call the Sketcher outlet today On Dec30 at 11:47 Am. Iโm regular client. The staff on the phone did not answer the question nicely. She should be well train over the phone for the great customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ Reason to go here: Variety Variety and Variety, plus great customer service. So many shoes and other items to choose from.
Customer Service top notch too. We got there 15 mins to close but they never rushed us and Infact helped us find the perfect shoe. Thank you ladies ?
Ample parking outside
Only complaint maybe is deals are fairly irregular but that's okay because variety trumps that.

โ โ โ โ โ The selection is not bad, but customer service is horrible. I was trying on shoes when I got yelled at by a lady asking if my shoes on the floor were mine. Her tone and volume were really offensive. Same lady got mad when I told her I had special discount. She said I had to show proof and she couldn't just believe me. I gladly showed her proof but she was so angry for having to give me the discount. My husband went there on Sunday and he had the same experience and when he described that lady it was the same person. I don't think customers are always right but they also don't deserve disrespect and abuse from employees of any businesses.

โ โ โ โ โ Great deals if you go in the sales time. Not much of a difference otherwise. Bobbs where a great selection and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It is a factory outlet, so not all sizes are available all the time.
