They are amazing and life saver. I appreciate that they do deliveries too. Frank is also hilarious and his team always takes such great care of us when we need supplies or have any questions.

I have been buying moving supplies from supplies plus for several years and have always found their products of high quality and reasonably priced. Ample parking and wide product range. Frank and the staff are super friendly and will go out of their way to help you.

Great prices friendly staff what more do you need oh and a good supply of things you need for moving. I'll recommend them to others and be back myself for other various items.

I started my day with a trip to a moving supply store today, as my husband and I are in the plans of making a big move in our lives that happens to be a long-distance move. We were happy, excited, and a little fearful of our unknowns as is normal with any big life decisions. My husband and I approached the door of "Supplies Plus Distributors Inc" and was first seen by a short man, he hastily had us come in, then shuffled away as we floundered to figure out what boxes we needed and how we should pack them again normal as this is our first-time long-distance moving. After standing around and wondering who would help us a wonderful lady came to our aid. We found her wholesome, interested, and very patient. We finished paying and ordered a cab, we don't drive, no biggie. We waited outside for quite some time and I became aware that I had to use a washroom urgently. I with a heavy heart regretting having to ask to use their washroom, by the way, no one should have to feel this way. I asked if I could use their washroom as to avoid the embarrassment of having a mistake (not like when your water breaks when in delivery). A taller gentleman offered his assistance in the way of gaining access to the washroom before I could follow him a scene unravelled, the shorter man who we had encountered the first time came out to address me with a panicked aggressive approach and verbally responded in the same fashion. He expressed that his particular store on unit 202-115 schoolhouse st in Coquitlam was under strict protocols and that he cannot grant me avoiding the embarrassment of urinating myself. He repeated himself several times however, after a couple of times he decided to use his body as equally aggressive to have me back out of the store. I simply stayed calm however was very appalled that a basic human need was turned sour by this one particular man (We assume he was everyone's boss). I asked this man to take one minute by himself and think about how he made his choices. I said I was leaving and said my last words pleading him to just think, just think. I did leave and went to the cactus club in hopes to find other human beings such as myself. I was not let down I counted four wonderful, beautiful ladies understanding my strife with compassion and a smile. I would like to address that the staff working on Wednesday, Feb, 24th 2021, at around 3:30 pm-4:00 pm were absolutely beautiful people with something we seem to be lacking, common sense and a heartbeat. Well all, except for one man who will no doubt sleep well knowing he was justified in what he did and was able to uphold his protocols. PS. The stars do not reflect the actions of the other staff, the stars are because of one man role.

I just had the best costumer service experience with Supplies Plus. I was looking for some corrugated plastic for signage, and called to see if they had any in stock. The lady I spoke to at first wasn’t sure so she connected me with another gentleman to check. He took my name and phone # to call me back. I got a call a few minutes later explaining that they didn’t have any but he called around for me to see where I could get some and recommended the place with the lowest price. I will absolutely be going to Supplies Plus for any of my packaging needs in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them!
