★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order in May for my organization - required packaging for client gifts. After not receiving my order, being issued a faulty tracking number and months of follow up I have been told Creative packaging will not be issuing a refund as the package was "lost in transit" and it is now in the hands of Canada Post to issue me a refund? I would highly encourage not using Creative Packaging and sourcing through another vendor as my experience has been a complete run around.

Perhaps a catelog would be nice.
Unfortunately, the receptionist was unclear as to the location of the office, and mumbled as he spoke about my order and the directions.
Very condescending attitude as well.

I would recommend creative packaging to my whole network; not only do they have a great selection for weddings but also great party supplies. Great customer service and products!

We went to the address that was on the website to look at a few options for shipping some of our products. The website clearly shows that "In-store shopping" is an option. (Date of our visit was 15 March 2022 at approx. 3.30 PM)
Upon entering the premises we waited for the gentleman to finish his phone call and then asked if we could review some of the packaging products.
We were told that this was an "on-line business" and that we could not look at anything that they have even though I could see a display area to the rear of the store.
I am a business owner and I am sure if the owner of this business was there at the time would have handled the situation differently.
But the sour taste and misleading website will force me to take our business elsewhere.
Hope you treat your next walk-in customers differently.
