Rude staff, they ripped me off for one page of printing. Go to staples instead. I went here because it was convenient.
I repeat again, very rude staff.

β β β β β This place is comical. Itβs a postal service that doesnβt take a package unless itβs going out the same day. Their sole reason of existence is to deliver and receive packages and like anything now days itβs naive to even expect the most simplistic of tasks to get down correctly or effectively.

β β β β β Avoid the passport photo service at all costs. The person who took our passport photo wasn't sure what the photo requirements are and had to re-take the photo because of bad lighting. She didn't write the date on the back of the photo, so the passport office rejected the photos. Use a professional passport photo service elsewhere if you value your time and money.

β β β β β Very bad UPS office. I do not recommend. They got your package, specially on returns, did not scan to update the tracking in the system. Send "without scanning", and send your package. As a result, they lost your package, do not update. You can not open a claim. And is it. You loose. Very bad customer service when you call. No solution. No updates. They simple say "you do not delivery your package". So bad for a company like UPS. Next time it is better use Canada Post, simple and usual service.

β β β β β Apparently, this store (not UPS as a whole - this store) has a "policy" of not accepting dropoffs on weekends, even though they claim to be open, and you won't find this out until you show up and there's a sign on the door.
Run your business how you want I guess, but it's a terrible customer experience to look up when a store is open, scramble to get there a respectful amount of time before closing, and then be told that the store was actually never open in the first place - at least not if your expectations for a UPS store included "send a package".

β β β β β They have some made-up working hours that are not advertised in the ups store site or in Google maps. They refused to accept a heavy return item (drop off) during weekend and showed me a paper thet have put behind the window! Totally inconsiderate of people's time. When your business is open and you have not advertised in your site that you are not accepting drop offs in weekends it means people will take their hevay items and travel all they way there for you to show them the paper on window as if that was enough. I had bad experience with UPS in general but this store is some new level.

β β β β β UPS attempted delivery of my package to this store, after I had called the store twice (first to confirm they could receive the package and then to provide them the delivery date).
I received a notification on the day of expected delivery from UPS that the store had rejected the delivery.
After multiple attempts to call the store, I finally connected and they advised me that this had been done in error. The store was able to bring the package back at a later time, and I was able to pick the package up, but received no consideration for the stress and inconvenience caused.
Use a different UPS store for your packages to avoid poor customer service and unreliable service.
